Would be a f***ing awful decision that.

Better scheduling and less T20 would ease any fixture pile-up. Durham are going through a spell now of playing only 1 day out of 10 either side of two Championship games. Hardly a pile-up there is there?!! Just needs better scheduling. Play all Pro40's on Sundays and start all CC games on a Wednesday like they used to do. Then have a three week window in the middle of June/July for the T20.

Seems simple enough to me.

Members would be up in arms about this. Durham would be one county who couldn't afford to travel.
 
The first and extremely obvious thing they should do is not start County matches at 11am and finish them at 6pm just when everyone is returning home from work.

They should start at say 2pm and finish at 9pm (pick your time slot).

Just start at 10am and finish at 9pm.

Is moving it to the West Indies whilst Dubai have time to put a huge bid together the plan then?
 
Sounds f***ing dreadful to me. Especially the mention of a possible SECOND T20 competition :shock:. The one we already have is wank enough.

As I said earlier. There can be a lot of tweaking done to the current format to easily allow for more rest time and a smother schedule.
