I predict that county crowds will go up, I just have a feeling people in general are attracted to local stuff, you can see attendances on non league footy going up

Yeah I have nothing against Surrey, they a cracking outfit with incredible depth and have been exceptionally consistent for a while now so fair play to them.

But would be nice for the season to be more competitive at the top and for a county like Somerset to win it.

Probably right. But they’ll give him a session I reckon. If you need 2 full days to bowl them out then they may even need to bat again!
