Back in the day, the Roses CC match was live on ITV and watched by 100000+. When you look at the utter sh1te on that channel during the day and the amount of old folk who would watch cricket, surely there is a market out there for televising some CC on regional ITV.

Stone finished with a career best 8-80, good to see. He looked really quick and a good prospect a couple if years ago before a bad injury. Hope this is a sign he's totally over that and kicks on.

I haven't seen much of him but I saw a 20/20 on TV last year where he was clocked over 90 for every ball he bowled and was hitting 92 regularly.

If so, when he returns from the England set up they'll have him coached down to the standard 85mph.
With shin splints, a side strain and an intercostal pull. He will however, be a handy 8 batsman.
