What's your feedback on BotW, is it a huge step up to what we have had previously and does it get busy?

Looks superb from the photos I've seen, but well above my price point!

Overall very good and particularly this season in its first attempt, with the season we’ve had, just a brilliant matchday experience. DB when introducing it was absolutely clear he wanted it to be the the very best matchday experience on offer. The staffing is probably one of the key things that sets it apart, there are designated people from the club welcoming you at every stage from the top floor to the front door. Then TB staff in the suite which makes a huge difference, restaurant manager, a maitre D etc.

The food and drink is very good as you’d imagine, we’ve preferred that because it’s fine dining, the biggest benefit is the portion sizes are just right. You’re not being fed for the sake of it, it’s done right. Drinks wise the wine menu is excellent, the champagne and cremant also very very good. It’s his restaurant sommelier who puts the list together and it changes during the season. All the Vaux gear also. Worth noting everything is included in the price. There’s nothing to pay for during the season.

Initially in the first few games the acoustics were an issue in the suite with the room being brand new and untried and it would become noisy in a weird way, you would struggle to hear the person on the table opposite or beside you if you spoke. The club brought in some acoustic bods and did some work to put that right. The terrace with its seating is a nice touch too.

It’s also a really nice crowd in there and a relaxed atmosphere, there are only 100 or so spaces and to some extent the club manage access really well. Probably half of that number are seasonal. It’s been pretty much full all season. There’s some long term box holders who have had a look but it’s not for them. One seasonal table did start the season just ordering round after round of pints and whiskey chasers from the minute they arrived and made tits of themselves so the club moved them out. They are big on managing the reputation and what it’s supposed to be about. You also meet some very interesting people in there.

Coolest part for me are our seats, I sit in the same block as KLD, just over his shoulder and a few seats along so I get to benefit from his screen!

When the idea was first floated to create it, I spoke with DB about the experience I’d had at some other places but particularly Atletico Madrid and with their hospitality options. We couldn’t create anything like that because of the layout of the stadium but with the customer experience we could. I think it’s came close and longer term it should only improve as demand for this sort of thing increases.

I so pleased that there is some intelligence on this board, it might have something do do with the red wine last night, but I have no idea what the OP is going on about. Can anybody help.
