That's a couple of steps away from the American mentality of carrying a gun "for protection".
You just know someone else is going to end up getting shot, or in our case, stabbed.

I read somewhere that there is a very high percentage of people injured or killed by the knife they were carrying for protection, as someone else got hold of it

They shouldn't but it does have an effect, especially on kids who are scared to go out. Basically when more ***** carry weapons other people feel the need to to defend themselves.

Really need to get to the route of the problem because with how pathetic the government deal with it currently it's only going to get worse.

Needs some real harsh punishments for carrying and even more if they are used to act as a deterrent.

***** like this fucker need incarcerating for life though. If you've already killed someone and again are carrying then there's no hope of reform. Throw away the key imo.
