He’s the common denominator in our shitness over the years if you ask me. Each to their own....

So are the fans.

So is the Stadium.

So is the red and white stripes.

Is he the biggest conman going? He’s been through countless managers and chief execs so he must be good at something.

It’s funny that every one at the club and in the media has such a high opinion of him.

I know this is an annual SAFCSA event, but under the circumstances they should give things a bit more thought.

Obviously the event is their once in a year chance to mingle with the players so they don’t want to give it up, but they could have easily said as this is the worst year in our history we will not award a player of the year this year. They could still hold the event as some sort of low key supporters association meet and greet. I’m sure the club would facilitate that. Even give out a young player award still if need be.

But having a player of the year ceremony 4 days after being relegated to L1 just makes SAFCSA, the club and the players look daft imo.

Not kindly stand back and simply not say anything and technicakkt reward f***ing failure at every level. The level of acceptance from some of our support is outrageous.

But it’s the supporters association. It’s a load of older, young and disabled supporters who are given the opportunity to meet the players.

Would abandoning the awards really make a difference in the long term? The players are embarrassed but it’s not going to make things better not having them.

Embarrassing

Too right it does. We are going to finish bottom of a league containing Burton Albion. It's nothing short of criminal.

See all these fuckers criticising JoS, they're idiots who are probably not shaving yet.

That bloke has played all season when he probably expected to be just covering injuries from the bench. He might not have been the quickest or played without errors but he has been an exemplary professional and one of our only decent acquisitions in recent years. Well worth the Player of the Season award in a terrible year imo.

I'm a bit pissed so if you disagree with me, fuck off!

Spot on.

this thread is a f***ing embarrassment to be honest

its got nothing to do with the club, its a FANS vote ffs

Just because a load of abusive men on here don't like JOS

Most of the posts are critical if the vote for him. He's been dreadful (certainly not alone) and it's a ridiculous award.
