If this is the real breakdown, I'm not sure what the outcry is about.

They've said all along KLD is controlling/majority shareholder. If that split is right, then this isn't a lie.
They've always said the other 3 reduced their percentage but still hold some percentage of the club. If that split is right, then this isn't a lie.

You do understand the arithmetic of a majority?
In percentage terms it is anything greater than 50.

The 41% was disclosed today as KLD's slice of Mercator. What's unknown is what further rights accrue to him under any shareholder agreement alongside.

Ok. So he holds a controlling interest in Mercator but not majority ownership.
A shareholder agreement will as you say undoubtedly be held under an NDA so we are unlikely to ever get true clarity on any other rights alongside.

They aren't "demanding" he attends. He attended meeting via zoom when he arrived and I believe he intimated that he would attend some of the future meetings. As such, RAWA have asked if he could attend this one. Mainly because a lot of the questions people will want asking are going to be around the ownership, Donald and Methven's involvement etc. That's not something that Davison or speakman will be well placed to answer. Kld is the one who could answer it. If they realise that there is a lot of anger amongst the fan base, you'd think he'd want to be there to put his side across. And tbh if he was so thin skinned that he decided to walk away from a club he's invested millions of pounds in because a supporters trust asked some difficult questions then you'd have to question whether he's suited to owning, or part owning, a football club.

I think he's put this out tonight as he has no intention of attending tomorrow and knows that would only heighten the pressure. He's stuck between a rock and a hard place but I've no sympathy, he's misled everybody from day 1.
