I'm aware of your previous health issues which is why I think people should remember there's a human being at the other end of the computer or phone. Nobody is infallible. We may disagree, but I try to keep things polite.

Here would be my questions for the supporters meeting:

1: Who does the club delegation represent? Is it KLD and his directors, or is it the club ownership group?
2: In the case of further investment into SAFC, is it a fair assumption that 59% of all future investment must come from the previous owners, SD, CM and JS?
3: We want to believe in KLD, not only his control of the football side, but also his ownership. What kind of financial commitment is KLD willing to make towards SAFC, and is that level of investment likely to be acceptable to our old owners?
4: What is KLD's long term plan for the club from his own shareholding perspective? Does he have any desire to take more financial control, and how amenable are the old ownership group to that happening? Do they have an ideal timescale or trigger point (eg: promotion)?
5: Can the club owners collectively commit to being more transparent in their financial dealings and the club ownership in future? Trust needs to be rebuilt, and part of that is not obstructing our view and hoping we won't find out. We will, and it'll be worse when we do.

I'm hoping they realise that they don't benefit by hiding anything. When it comes out, it just reinforces the idea that something nefarious is going on.

To ne honest he only needed 51%. Without that saying it was a takeover or allowing to be reported as a takeover was misleading at best and a lie at worst.

Also heard that LJ was promised the new pitch, as he liked to play fast passing football and the promise was not kept. Hence the state of the pitch and part of the reason he couldn’t get the team to play.

I kind of understand that from KLD's point of view, however, I can't see how he gets round that. Either there is investment and the club is successful, increasing the value of the shares including those held by the 'others', or there is no investment and the club continues to fail - what would be the point of that?

Oh, and I don't think the pitch, shite though it is, can be blamed for LJ's failures.
 
Seems very strange he has put money in from his trust for 41% and then claim to be in control. Im thinking more and more he's just a face for someone else. Like hes been used and abused as a front.
If his money is ‘in a trust’ then would it be ‘his’ decision how its spent??
Puzzling and concerning at the same time.
 
KLD has blatantly mislead all of us. His 41% gives him a controlling interest yes but that isn’t a majority shareholding as was stated when he supposedly took over.

This news is criminal, to let the fan base think he had overall control of the club is blatant deceit.

There is literally NO COMING BACK FROM THIS, my guess he will sell his share and hopefully we will find a buyer who will his and the other liars shares aswell

So no takeover, with the faliures still in charge. Well I am shocked that all the philosophy talk turned out to be rubbish, they are laughing at us.
