Confirmed KLD only owns 41%

The suggestion that sartori has the only non voting shares makes sense to me mind. If we said a percentage was a share then that means there's 80 voting shares and kld has 41 of them. Its the only way the 41% makes sense that I can see.

I also think you're right about the board, they're kyrils people. I'm almost 100% certain that sartori would side with kld if he had voting shares. So I believe them that kld has control over the footballing direction of the club (Donald knew he was failing at that anyway, probably glad to pass it on).

The way they've hidden things is a disgrace though, the way they've carefully worded things to make it sound like Donald and Methven had some peppercorn shareholding, rather than between them owning 39% of the club.

Big questions need to be asked about why they're still here and when they're going. Is kld not allowed to buy them out until promotion / a certain time has passed? More worryingly does he not want to fund 100% of the club. He needs to start being very, very honest and transparent like he said he would when he bought in, starting by attending tomorrow's meeting. I have reason to believe he's not the issue, the secrecy very likely wasn't his idea. But in that case it only goes to show that its not necessarily the case that what he says goes. Time to front up before there's a real protest

I'd like to know why KLD bought a share of SAFC.

- Does he want to own an english football club?

- Why only buy 41%

- If Donald wouldn't sell him more shares then why not just buy a different club?

- Was ot just because he knows Satori?

Also who are what was he referring to when he said "assest strippers" and why was it span to sound like it was the people he part owns with the club?

He has been complicit all the way through. I can’t quite believe it as he seemed actually genuine.

Let’s all be honest. Methven has been a genius here.
Thing is I don’t want to go back while the chuckle brothers are there but if everyone does the same it’s going to be devastating for the club. Bastards have us exactly where they want us, the cun*ts

He's a lying prick

I’m devastated at this. Can’t say a way out of league one until this ownership mess is sorted.
Worse than that, I’d rather the fuckers lost every game until they pissed off. That’s how disgraced I am by the whole thing. Hope the whole club gets f***ing relegated year after year and those car salesman chancer pricks lose every penny they have

The cynic in me thinks the 'asset stripper' comment was just part of the smokescreen to make it look more like a takeover.

We'll not move forward as a club until those two twats fuck off like, that much is evident.
What options are there for this to happen ?
1 Stop attending and protest (and risk progress?)
2 Request clarification on decision making powers and strategy among other things via RAWA then decide.
3 Trust KLD and some shareholders to do the right thing (and risk progress?)

Can only see 2 being the option for now @Guinness Guzzler - so those questions become more important. Not sure of the right thing if i'm honest. I do want SD and CM gone and have done since their attempted profit grab pre Charlton play off game but also want the club to progress and don't think the club going into cumulative meltdown will get us into a league position where people will be more inspired to pay them off at the underserving fees they want.

Questions for me are;
1 What does governance majority actually mean
2 What reassurance can they provide us that things are in place to prevent the spivs (previous ownership) from restricting the progress of the club / how much is KLD in charge of direction
3 In the takeover deal was there an agreement in place to guarantee future changes in share ownership subject to promotion or failure to be promoted or are there any changes / further dilution of Madrox control planned for the near future.
4 How can we trust them to be up front, clear and honest going forward. What changes are to be made to make things less cloak and dagger - referencing the implied 51% even though this was not clearly stated.
