And that's what irks the most. They think we're all thick working class North East folk. "Uneducated" if I remember correctly. What's equally as bad is we have posters on this forum who are as equally as patronising.

A shareholder does not have to have majority ownership in a company to have a controlling interest as long as they own a significant portion of its voting shares.

So I think the question needs to be asked at tomorrows meeting - What is the distribution of the voting shares?

isnt one of the board members something to do with Donald? Vumbaca apparently represented madrox during their original purchase from Short - so they are the representation on the board for madrox.

the whole thing has been a f***ing "fakeover"

Yeah I agree with this worry. As I’ve said elsewhere, Donald, despite his Oxfordshire bus stop trauma and abject failure is demanding his wealth made largely out of our hard earned pockets. Methven despite thinking we are a disease and thinking we are business stupid wants to leave his arrogant public school Tory stench around. It boils my piss tbh BUT my instincts are still thinking that our best hop of change is KLD. Tomorrows discussion could be make or break in many ways.
