Depends if he wants control (30% +) would allow him to offer to buy. Or the other share owners have also 30%+ in a joint consortium which could offer to buy KLD out?
Who knows what the balance is and if anybody hes the pockets deep enough to proceed . Maybe i am wrong ,just how i am reading it .
