Didn’t expect their stakes to be such a high percentage.

The lack of transparency and treating us like idiots is so so disappointing. If they were transparent and upfront about the percentages, and they knew this was so important for the fans, things could have been addressed long before now. Season literally in ruin, on and off the pitch, in the space of a few weeks. Sunderland :lol:

The problem is that what KLD has done is in essence no different to what the Chuckle brothers did - gamble.

They came in thinking they could get us cheaply and get us promoted in 2 seasons without a real plan.
It was a gamble and it - and they - failed.

KLD has come in thinking he can run the show and get us promoted without anyone realising about the smoke and mirrors until we'd been promoted.

The problem is that they've all been gambling with our club and have deliberately tried to mislead fans to achieve it.

And on a personal level I'm absolutely furious at the lot of them thinking that we didn't deserve the truth and we were disrespected to the point of being deliberately mislead - again.

Fuck them.

Thanks to KLD for that information but that's only part of what fans wanted to know.

The next question are;

Does one of the other shareholders own a majority of the shares? (e.g. They could have a 51% or bigger holding)
and
How are the remaining 59% of the shares actually distributed ?

Think they do that for directors as well as new owners.

No but “madrox” own 59% - SD 34%, JS 20%, CM 5%

It may be a moot point now given that we know the shareholding but it would be revealing to know whether an NDA has expired, and if so for what reason, or whether it was an invention to kick the can down the road.

I suspect we know the answer but they should be made to squirm

I doubt you despise Donald and Methven more than I do. I’d add in that I think football is a stinking capitalist model that disrespects the customers and we’re bearing the brunt. I’m just trying to work out what comes next before I self flagellate or it would drag me down and maybe the club if we responds without logic.
