I just contacted a solicitor and they’re now suing the shit out of them.

If you're still in then the matron can be a good asset to get things sorted. Ours was fantastic when we had serious concerns.

There is no right of complaint. On the advert they said it might give you an extra inch in girth but there was no guarantee

Unfortunately we found with my wife's problems, that it was only the threat of an official complaint that got us anywhere. They were consistently misdiagonsing, each doctor contradicting the last and trying to avoid at all costs doing surgery. Once we threatened to complain she was swiftly booked in for surgery and her health improved no end. I live the nhs but it's now chronicly underfunded
