To be fair, that is an old clip of an early version of the show. I saw it last year as a work-in-progress at Bobik's and thought it was entertaining and thought-provoking, quite moving at times. It's definitely not traditional stand up though, not exactly packed with puns and one-liners. The finished, expanded version got quite a few 4 and 5 star reviews at the Edinburgh Fringe and won some awards at Scandinavian comedy festivals!
I'm going to give it another go and then nip up to the Fire Station for Lake Poets.
Also, he's a MLF!

Ed was in top form last night the majority of the show focused on the sad passing of his young brother who died of cancer.
Quality show hilarious thought provoking exceptional and poignant.
One of the best comedy shows that I've ever seen.
The support act Michelle Shaughnessy was class too.
