Why do you keep saying this? Its even on totally unrelated subjects.
Because been told diffrant stuff off different people so was asking the admin on here
Plus it says problem with season ticket renewal so not irrelevant it’s a question

Is there going to be more in depth reporting on this?

It mentions the people with the cancelled newcastle tickets and then nothing else. So what was said?

It then talks about case by case basis to find a solution. Its not clear but is this about the corporate downgrades?

Not your fault but thats an appallingly written statement.

It reads like "we met the boss and we know what was said but ner ner ner ner ner we arent telling you"
It reads to me like anyone who went very public about wanting to downgrade, vocal on twitter and the echo article will get a chance to downgrade, anyone else who might want to downgrade won’t be contacted IMO.

Downgrade to what though? We’ve heard on the Season Ticket Waiting List thread that there is hardly anything left in the general admission areas.

I haven't got any further information to post.
For the collective meeting, can you ask why we still have the 1000+ empty seats in the north stand upper , when other clubs like Newcastle don't have this restriction

Think these need opening up now

There were a thousand or so not renewed. Normal season card holders were allowed to move seats, but not downgrade. People like me were told I couldn’t move into one of those other seats. I’d go to the back of the queue.

I've moaned loudly about the silence from RAWA when it was quite obvious there was growing disquiet (to put it mildly) about numerous operational decisions being made, but some of the criticism in more recent comments here is just daft.

They've had the meeting with Burwell (a huge step forward in itself given the club initially digging their heels in and refusing to engage), and they've given a quick and brief overview of some positive actions underway, in order to let fans know asap that these things are being looked at.

I hope and expect and hope there'll be more to tell very soon but there was never going to be overnight solutions agreed in a one /two hour meeting.

Let's see where this goes but there is one notable absence in this summary........ the ridiculous sanctions taken against one supporters branch secretary who they've been glad to assist and request favours from in the past (and who knows more about our ticketing policies and systems than anyone inside the club).

Otherwise, good work RAWA

Do we know if the issues were all addressed by the deadline of the 12th?

I'm hoping RAWA will follow up on their original statement in terms of what has happened since and when further clarity on the clubs actions will be made available.

There HAS been some reaching out to some people by the club (and RAWA) but I don't know to what extent.

My concern is that the season finishes in a week and a lot of attention will then turn to the World Cup. @Becs - have you had any further updates you can offer?

I know of a couple of cases where there has been issues with season ticket renewals. Those people have now been contacted and have season tickets for next season.

I was hoping for justice for the Newcastle 65, but as far as I know, none of them have been contacted.

That's the only updates I've got at the moment. As soon as I hear anything, I'll pop it on here.
