RAWA Collective and Ticketing Meetings

If there are to be changes to the distribution of away tickets then the club need to consult fans properly and not make snap decisions based on demand this season

While people who have missed out this season may disagree, the demand this season has been an anomaly and will settle down next season with plenty of games going down to low points/STH.

I wouldn't want to see ballots/memberships rushed in for away tickets just to please the people who are shouting loudly at the minute because they fancy aways in the PL.

It's already settling down. Combo of -

- Premier league survival and not much riding on games / novelty wearing off
- introduction of ID checks and not being able to pass on tickets
- crap kick off times (Bournemouth, Leeds, villa, Everton)

It'll continue next season. I bet at least 50% of games go down to 10/20 points

Easily. For example if Brighton is on a Sunday at 4.30 not many will be rushing to that

I won't be. In fact I won't be going to Bournemouth or Brighton next season unless they are Saturday 3pm and/or there's something big riding on it.

Not really in a hurry to head back to man city , Liverpool, arsenal, west ham etc... absolutely soulless they are. Unless they are Saturday games

West Ham if they stay up can get in the bin too

Haven't been affected and have nothing to contribute other than to reiterate the direction the club appear to be heading in is very concerning. The success on the pitch over the past 12 months has been amazing and I'm extremely grateful. But ultimately I'd still go regardless of our level and still went in League One. Prices have significantly increased over the past few years and the treatment of fans has been diabolical. Having a good team on the pitch is no consolation if fans are priced out or banned and can't go to see it.

I last changed seats after we were relegated in 2017, made a quick call to the ticket office and was sorted and direct debits adjusted within 5 minutes. The ticket office couldn't have been more helpful. The process now appears to be deliberately as difficult as possible. How is that progress or putting fans first?

Doesn't seem to be any accessible / ambulant ST. Only expecting a very small number available but seemingly not, obvious concession so maybe the reason.

Improve the messaging and transparency on all ticketing issues and ensure they can demonstrate they have ensured that fan experience is at the core of any decisions they make.

Ensure they have an effective and accessible way of appealing decisions they make in relation to individual ticketing issues

Ridiculous. People would just connect on the website and pass tickets on whenever they liked. If you've got enough points you should be able to have a ticket passed on to you, if you don't then not.
I've said before, as im sure many have, that in the future I envisage they'll bring an app in. Like ticketmaster and all the others have.
Dynamic QR codes so no screen shots.
Resale that links back to the loyalty system.
Most of those sites allow resale up to a few hours before the event
Etc

I think that'll happen also. I think people are under the assumption that once this seasons demand wears off there'll be no more issues and it'll go back to the way it was. I think it's already gone past that and they're going to have to list the rules they're planning to use next season. It really is as simple as if you've got the points you're eligible for the ticket and if you don't, you're not and then if you can no longer attend there's a way of selling the ticket back to the club to list for someone else with the correct points to buy.

How can I be missing out if i'm eligible? People have kicked up a massive fuss this season and that's where all this has come from. I would do away with ID checks entirely, however, it's either you implement them properly or you don't. You can't have people whinging about being unable to build up points and then also be in favour of passing tickets on to whoever you like if you can't go anymore, or within a branch. It leaves the system too open to abuse when peoples excuses for no longer making it become more and more common.

Said previous your ticket if you can’t make it late on should be able to do what you like with it
just a hunch but i suspect all those who are suggesting this and similar ticketing scenarios about people dropping out at the last minute are either those who are passing them on or are getting them passed on. wonder how many there were couldn't make it at the last minute against the mags compared to bournmouth say?
they also forget they're stitching other fans up

How can you be eligible and miss out? Easy be at work and it sells out before you get a chance 🤷🏼‍♂️ id checks should never of been a thing

I've never missed out on a ticket i'm eligible for and if I was unable to buy i'd have got someone else to do it for me. ID checks were always going to be a thing in the premier league. I'm not a fan of them, but it was always going to happen. It'll get worse in regards to home tickets as well.
