Difficult not to have complete contempt for him.
Not much in the documentary I didn't know already, although it's interesting to see just how open the BCCI were to weaponise the national team to the detriment of test cricket and the benefit of the IPL. Shrinavasan made a lot of money for the franchise owners, no wonder he's a hero.
