Ripping up contracts such a Rodwells and the rest of the overpaid shite is a plus!To be fair, I've changed my mind now I've seen someone of the League One FFP rules. We don't need to do it.
However, the stadium is a red herring. Nobody would buy it, other than - perhaps - the council. The only club who lost their stadium during adminstration is Leeds and they lost it to the council who leased it back for like £1 or something. There is no market for a 49000 stadium in Sunderland, should barely need saying.
You can rip up contracts during adminstration. Not saying it's a picnic, but saying, it has its pluses...
