Are they not one and the same?

No. One is a facility akin to your bank letting you go £250 overdrawn say. The other is them lending us an amount equivalent to four months of PL payments, and us repaying them over the same period. It's basically a short term loan whch happens to be secured. The Akura facility is longer term.

Ok, but they seem similar to me in that we would pay less interest through contacts not to mention they can structure it favourably towards us.

I don't like loans at all.

I don't understand why folk have seen this as pushing again, it's using next year's money for this window just gone, no?

Standard financial management says some level of gearing (debt:assets ratio) is desirable. Somewhere between 15 and 25 per cent is usually the benchmark.
