What sort of sets, reps, weight are you doing?

If you can overhead press e.g. 60kg for 5 reps then you should be able to clean and press more if you have extra momentum?

I do it now but I tend to use lighter weight and do 3x10 or 3x8 but I might try heavier at 3x5.

yes.

A proper C&P (not just a push press) should be done as singles or doubles, sometimes as triples.
