Was thinking bout seeing if I could pick up a PS5 in the January sales. Will be giving Currys a miss after reading that.
This doesn’t excuse Currys by any means as anyone would be pissed waiting 8 weeks for a refund with no resolution in sight if the story is exactly how were led to believe, but he says he needs his money back as there’s a cost of living crisis and needs the money to buy Christmas presents for his two sons.
So what would he have done if the console was in perfect working order? And if you’ve saved for months in order to pay for it you’d expect most people would just exchange it for another unit.
I’m getting a sense of buyer’s remorse.
