Boris's mate that owns JCB (the company not a tractor) and that other posh farm shop, Daylesford Organics, are the reason behind the council's harsh treatment of Diddly Squat. Him and his missus have lots of friends in high places.

They're out on Friday. Seen the producer said it was purely because they hadn't finished editing them in time before the deadline so had to release them in two parts.

Have watched the first 3 episodes. Really looking forward to episode 4 after reading these :lol:

What’s that got to do with anything? When your entire life is spent talking to animals, machinery and other farmers, you’re unlikely to have the interpersonal skills of Kofi Annan are you?
 
Apparently this has been a huge financial success for Amazon. It's one of their most watch shows around the world (#1 in the UK) and is relatively cheap for them to make.

They're only a couple of minutes drive away and despite the Diddly Squat products being pricey they're nothing on how much Bamford sells his stuff for. I do remember when they put in permission for childcare someone did remark that the whole thing started off with a small farm shop like Diddly Squat and it's now a massive development. I can see him following through with his suggestion of moving it to another part of his farm out of the AONB.
 
It's been a very good show, I've watched from Series 1, the Mrs wouldn't watch as she can't stand him but she started on the new ones and is hooked.
