I don't mind a Salmon sandwich but I just think its an odd thing to have for xmas lunch and I have seen it on a few xmas menu's, to me its like putting pineapple on a pizza.

We were going to have a side of salmon instead of turkey this year, opted against it in the end tho.

Can't understand the demand for salmon really. Unless you source your salmon direct and know you're getting top grade fish,its a pretty toxic food. Just a brief search on salmon throws up so much bad press I don't mind if I never taste it again.
