For church, a tweed jacket over a check tattersall shirt, beige military cut trousering and freshly polished brogues. Not yet certain whether I'll sport a tie or a cravat (which is the essence of the OP's question - dress up or down?).

Once back home, I'll dispense with the tweed and opt for a more comfortable smoking jacket. Definitely the cravat at that point.
