I boldly predicted he would be a star in England colours this summer, and not one to shy away, let's see how he does.

I despair that he is getting picked for his bowling

Opening strike bowler, is Woakes really the best in the country we can find?

Nah, I just think he's a decent one day player. Should be building the one day team around him and Stokes.

Woakes isn't like, hasn't got the pace, wicket taking ability or power batting of stokes

he is a typical player who does well in english conditions, glen chapple type, nowhere near international standard for me

exactly, can do a bit of both, but shouldn't be near the team
