Chris Wilder

This. with half a dozen games to go they should have been a shoo-in. Not only did he fuck up the run-in, but he fucked up the playoffs too. RLB took the considered view, pissed some people off by ceding the last few games for the greater good and came with a perfectly timed run. small margins and all that, but clear evidence wilder isn't any sort of 'top manager'.
To be fair that's not really like it was. They had an expensive sqaud with masses of PL experience. I could be wrong but our squad was bought for peanuts and I don't think we had many if any PL starts in our line up. Did Metham play a few games at Bournemouth?

By any metric you care to use, they should have won.

But they didn't. I am not sure if I was Sheff Utd Chairman I would have pulled the trigger though. It could easily backfire and they find themselves floundering in mid table next season. The clock is now ticking on their parachute payments as well.

We dominated possession after their disallowed goal without creating clear cut chances. The rest is history 😎
Totally. They didn’t create owt either. And the narrative was that we didn’t actually play well until the subs. But we did.

Loved watching Wilder having a word with the fourth official after the VAR. :D

Anyway, Paddy’s just come on. I reckon he might do well here.
Also; Hamer is a right fat bastard isn’t he?

It’s just finished for me, no spoilers 😉

He still outpaced Dan Neil and our retreating defence, to be fair to the chubster.
