Chris Rigg

I’ve heard a fair few footballers say they didn’t really support a team properly growing up. They’re too busy playing & doing their own thing. It’s not like us where our weekends are based around who Sunderland are playing. It’s who their junior team is playing.
Yeah I wouldn’t disagree with this. That’s what I meant by not as big a mag as he might have. Jus depends on the player really

I'm trying not to be insulting but ferking hell. This is right out of the black and white playbook of delusional thinking.
Still early days to be talking about being as good as those players but Rigg seems to have the sort of attitude that will give him the chance to make a very good career for himself. He's in a very good environment to learn his trade.

Coaches always want the kids to come out of their shells in the 1st team. Understandably, they tend to play well within themselves until they settle.

I think Chris Rigg has started to come out of his football shell.

We're seeing some deft moves now. He did a spin and jink in their box and was unlucky not to get a shot off, that was particularly good.

We dont know how good this kid is. I'm more than happy to find out!
