Archie Gray @ £40 million is the appropriate benchmark and he's a better talent. If he keeps up his form this season then he's a £50 million player by the summer.

Palace signed Whaton for 22M i think. Rigg is a couple years younger and definitely has abit more aggression in his game. Be looking at well over 30M for him if a point comes which it will where Prem clubs come for him
