I was training a few years back and had severe chest pains and struggling to breathe. I was panicking I don’t mind admitting. Mate rushed me to the hospital and turned out I had a fractured rib and muscles were going into spasm. Never been as relieved although I have to be honest, a fractured rib is fuckin painful and takes ages to heal as there is nowt they can do !!

I don't think they give out medical information, more the lines of which area of hospital they were in. I've bumped into loads of players and an ex player at hospital

Usually bout 2-3 weeks for a broken rib worst pain ever when I went arse owa tit on some ice once
