If you're a winger in our system, you have to do the defensive work.
It's why Adingra was kicked out the door and why a player like Talbi is vastly underrated by our fans.

Far from a complete player. Cant play right side. At times dangerous, utterly anonymous, inept, quality etc. But goal threat.
Should never be left out for Romaine Mundle. Never.

He's very attacking minded and that's a big asset for us given how we have to set up to be solid at the back. Whenever he has the ball in the final third, he's looking to either do something himself, or put it in a danger area. I really like him.

Talbi has 6 G/A in the PL (26 games) having only started 43% of games available and only playing 46% of all available minutes.
That's an excellent return, especially for a 20 year old playing in a defensively minded side in his first year in the PL.
I just can't understand why he is not being given consistent minutes or starts, despite proving he's more than capable.
He also does the defensive work, which is important to the manager when it comes to his wingers.

I mean, I agree with all this, I would like to see more of Talbi. but also we have a manager who is an ex youth team coach and has a degree in sport psychology. So it’s possible he knows what he is doing better than me!
I suspect he is already fully grown marra.
