Apple Wallet tickets the turnstiles show when you tap the 3 dots top right, google wallet tickets the turnstiles show up on main screen when you select your ticket not that it matters like you say, any turnstile works unless your in Premier Concourse or NWU.You can get in any turnstile as long as it's on the same level.
I've not had a single ticket this season telling me what turnstile to go in so not sure why yours do and mine don't

I've got google wallet and the turnstile doesn't appear on the ticket, email confirmation or on my safc account.
I've been to every game apart from Arsenal via different methods and I've never seen the turnstile info. Even on an actual ST that i've had shared via email as opposed to proper transfer.
However if I used the 3 dot approach I see the entrance info for Chelsea so cheers for that. As it's irrelevant I haven't needed the info, but everyday a school day as they say.

So I can't use any turnstile in the premier concourse ?
Basically my tickets for 9-10 in the prem concourse and my dads is 11-12 but they're both in my wallet on my phone

My ticket for the Visitors game in December said my turnstile number was in the away endYou can get in any turnstile as long as it's on the same level.
I've not had a single ticket this season telling me what turnstile to go in so not sure why yours do and mine don't
Went in the next one along in the home end and it was sound.

You can use any turnstile in the PC if both your tickets are in the PC.
My mate was sat right next to the scum fans in P20 for the game and he came in with me and I was at the complete other end in P6
I've been in the PC plenty this season and go in whichever has the smallest queue.
You can do the same in the lower tier too I went in the SEC against Forest when I was sat in NEC

As I said above today is the first day I even realised there were turnstiles on the tickets via 3 dots
I doubt I've gone in the right turnstile as it says all season
It will be there so that people end up in the right area for where there seat is so people get sat down easier and quicker.
Less effort for stewards directing people too
Scan your dad in first would also be my advice on that front.
My pal just keeps his dads ST on his phone and scans him in first each game due to same thing.

Well that's great news I'm very surprised they did that I thought the response would be sorry we can't do that. So there some hope left for the ticket office

So they will want to shift more of them before opening it up.
