True, and regular attendees should get preference, but I think we've arrived at a point where anyone who meets the criteria has either got their ticket or decided against paying for premium seats. Would be daft to leave them unsold.

Absolutely, they usually do sell but are often a few left until closer to the match.
 
Still fuming here and just so disappointed. I can pragmatically accept sold out before I get to the front of the queue or not being able to get seats together, but I had met all the criteria and got tickets in my basket without being able to proceed.
This was something that would have been so special for me to share with my two daughters and grandson. It has been taken away from me by gross incompetence.
To find this issue was resolved when I was unable to take advantage only rubs salt into the wounds.

People on here are saying they've already got their email tickets for Man U and Chelsea, yet I contacted the club and they said they won't be sent out until 3 to 5 days before the games. So who's telling porkies?

You get a few mins after purchasing if they are the regular seats.

If you've bought in 76 yards it might be different.

Got tics for Manu and Chelsea and got the emails pretty much straightaway . If it’s got Chelsea just email or ring tic office mate

I got both sets within 5 minutes of paying for them.

I got my confirmation emails for both matches minutes after I bought them as all the matches this season and straight into my Google wallet. So the club are definitely telling porkies

Just the Contact Us bit on the website. They send an email to verify your address and it was sorted quite quickly after that. I had the same issue with Man Utd tickets.

I did that last night but still haven't heard back. I suppose they're inundated with clueless blokes like me who want their tickets.
