Let me select two tickets but said the one for m son exceeded his limitation. This despite us both having same number of black cat points. So I will be there on my own.

Was trying to buy one for my dad and me but got the same error about only being allowed to buy 1. I can see my dad has a supporter ID in my friends and family bit but he hasn't actually signed up for an account, can I sign him up and still get him a ticket or would it then count as a new supporter ID/no purchase history

It's bizarre, I tried to buy one for myself and one for my cousin, as I normally do - I assigned his ticket to him in the basket, but it wouldn't let me check out. He's definitely eligible, he has tickets from this season and the last two seasons against his account. And he was able to see the fixture on his end. We were able to get Man U tickets no problem.

Website seems painfully slow, Seatgeek not covering themselves in glory after replacing Ticketmaster, not fit for purpose.

me as well and I have bought 3 tickets for the same people in my network all season - it used to say 1 Black Cat Point next to our names and know says '0 Quality Points'

Then if I cancel any it says not allowed as I would leave single seat. Four minus one must equal one in this system!

It really is that bad isn't it.

The irony is that everything seemed to work best years ago when the club had their own bespoke system, and of course back then you could also queue at the ticket office and use the phone too. Such is progress.

Normally I log intoy account and just assign the seat to our lads, wouldn't let me do that today.

Logged into hers and then I could get correct permissions but it was stopping me buying seats saying I would leave a spare individual seat even though the seat was by itself anyone and no spares next to it.
Then found another so selected that but wouldn't let me delete the previous seat as it was coming up with individual seat error again if I deleted that seat
Had to clear basket totally and eventually managed to get one in P20
