No self respecting fan should attend this game. An utter abortion of a situation and an embarrassment all round. Any minute now the checkatrade fan boys will be on telling me we should try and win this cup and day out at wembo blah blah blah. Our first team playing mags kids in a competitive match ffs.

Exactly what I was saying when draw was announced.

he says that NUFC have asked for the full allocation 10% of the stadium capacity

Those two balloons at nufc.com are having a pop as well (they still do that hilarious thing where anything to do with Sunderland is spelt in lower case, oh how we larfed)

Sad twats

the hate filled mags will be out to cause trouble imo mate. wouldnt be beyond that mob to target brewers and bairns. hope folk're careful and keep their wits about them ffs

Mergs requested 5,000 tickets for a competition or team they don't care about.....

And we get hammered for Policing costs for the Orks big day out.....

500% increase from the last game mate

Not great like. Spin it as much as you want. If Bain has done that...christ
well yes of course it costs more...more people want to see the game...its against ateam two divisions higher than us, and its a first team game.
Bain wpouldnt have been smart enough to do it.
People want money for players, well pay for it. Accrington charged me £20 to go to their game, it was a shitter stadium, not a derby game, and I didnt get aseat.
This game is cheap at £15 on that basis.

Why are people moaning about it being £15. It’s a Sunderland first team game, £15 is nowt. If you don’t want to go don’t. If you want to go, the price shouldn’t be a problem.

Everybody wants something for nowt
Spot on mate.

The ones moaning about the price are the same ones who wouldn't even be bothering if it was against any other opposition. Owt for nowt wankers the lot of them.

For the record I haven't bothered with any of the Checkatrade games but am more than willing to pay the £15 for this one, it's perfectly reasonable.

Nonsense. I paid £10 full whack last time round having missed the early bird deadline. This is the same competition. We made 9 changes. The quality was dire. We are playing an under 21 team in this round. These ticket prices represent a 500% increase, it’s shocking and it is our owners milking a cash cow.

Had Short been in charge and done this there’d be very few supporting the decision. However, barely any decision can be criticised with the current regime.

Club should be saying you get 500 based on your home attendance over the competition......!!!!

5000.... This really isn't going to end well...

Is there any rules on ticket pricing?

If not the Orks should be charged double, why the Fook should S'land fans pay to police these Clowns to smash up the ground.....
