I've been to every home Checkatrade game, but also semi regularly go to league games and have noticed a huge difference in the crowd type, you can normally tell the ones who only come for the cheap tickets, constantly laying into the team for no reason, leaving ten mins before half time to get a pint, then leaving at 70 mins in (surely wasn't just me noticing this at the Notts game?)

Had two lads behind me constantly moaning about watmore not using his pace and how Sinclair was highly rated by his parents club Liverpool :)rolleyes::lol:)

Price will keep a few bellends away from the match, still going to be trouble regardless which is embarrassing really considering it's against an U21 team.

It’s going to be a strange one this. I can’t see many of our fans getting that excited about the checkatrade cup 3rd round or the fact our first team is playing the mag reserves. Means the atmosphere in our end might be fairly subdued.

Then on the other hand there’s gonna be a couple of thousand LALAS, any O’Brien, we’ll meet again, bell ends giving it their full repertoire and treating as a trouble making/p1ss taking excercise. A lot of their younger supporters won’t have even seen them beat us so will be foaming at the mouth to beat us.

Whole things a recipe for disaster imo. Should have just played behind closed doors n charged everyone a 5er to watch a stream.

Was paying that at Roker Park FFS. Sure I paid over 40 quid at skunk park many years ago
Some of our stay away fans are f***ing embarrassing.
I use the term Stay aways as any genuine match going Sunderland fan would be over the moon with 15 quid.

This is a tin pot competition against their bairns tbf.

15 quid is a fair price though imo.

Tbf for a league game £15 would be class. For a game we rest about 8 players to play, where we are playing the mags reserves it’s not so class, especially when all the others have been next to nowt. Not that a really give a fuck like.

They'd all fill up the home end man.

Not if you need a membership number to get home tickets.
