It’s obviously not true and if it was I’d be uncomfortable with it. That’d be a footballing decision/judgement which they shouldn’t be making or meddling with. Thankfully they said exactly the same thing in the RR podcast.

If the new manager had been shown the list, thought it was preposterous and lobbied the owners to bin the scout then that’d be fair enough.

Maybe he has?
Or maybe they've just looked back at the past decade or more and thought let's start afresh and get some new people in. Happy with either mesel.

Think it will be a case of just getting rid anyway. Hopefully more to come.
 
we all rip Nixon to pieces but didn't he break the Gyan wants away story and we all thought he was making stuff up but sadly turned out to be true :(

I'll give you "weird" though. Whoever's idea it was to spell it that way was probably having a laugh, thinking about the rhyme.

I’d also be fine with that. It’s just if it was based on their assessment of the players on a list (which it won’t be) that I wouldn’t like it.
