Exactly this. It would also split the fans against each other, and the club, which would be a bad thing after the last several years of poor relations.

If we were a club flying under the radar a bit more, maybe show a bit good will towards and give him a chance, redemption but we are the f***ing football club version of Eastenders man :lol:. Sign him the same day there are reports of staff grooming? Was hoping we were past this. It'll be bollocks anyway ;)

You just know certain sections of the media will be buzzing at the thought of the crap they can write, the Mag shit I could handle but when the club gets hammered in the red tops for nowt it still pisses me off. As you say we just need to stay under the radar if we can.

Based on how many people can only base their opinions in court verdicts I'm not surprised it may have been taken literally tho.

So you dont believe in the justice system? either way, you've been on this forum since 2002 so you definitely wont mind if he signs and scores the goal to get us promoted.
