Turn up in our droves it’s biggest game of our season v their bairns.

Don’t turn up shows how poor our support is.

Beat them well only beat their kids.

Lose how much embarrassing losing to their young uns.

No win this one mind.
But we have it now, no one wanted it I agree, but we have to show up and destroy them. It's the only outcome I could want from a shit situation.

We need to have a derby on a tuesday night and let the scum kids know that we don't fuck about.

The highest attendance for any game outside of the final came on 5 February 2013 for the Northern Area final, when lost to 3–0 at the in Coventry (they later won the away leg 2–0, going down 3–2 on aggregate), in front of a crowd of 31,054.

Luton the following Saturday though - arguably a more important game in the long term.

True but I've listed above about 15 players who aren't starting today's game including 'first teamers' like Oviedo, Cattermole, McGeouch, Watmore and Sinclair who if they haven't regained their spots in the league side will need game time.

Add Ozturk, Loovens, O'Nien, Hume and Mumba to the above and that's 10 outfield players.

We’d better start boarding up the shop windows in the Bridges now as well as closing all restaurants for the foreseeable future.

Best start evacuating the horses to safer places such as the Lake District as well. Also put a ban on all the purchasing of all spades, bed sheets and coffins at least a week prior to the match.

......course the gravy stains aren’t bothered about this game

Hope mike has sold them by then. They might target the sports direct shop and shout at it.

Totally disagree its been great benefit to us this season, playing both fringe players, injury returns, and youngsters gaining experience plus financial reward for the club and was also the same when we were u21s in it
I see your point. My problem isn't with the competition, it's the presence of the Under 21s from higher divisions who have spoilt the value of it and turned it into a sideshow for their supposed benefit. Without them it has its own integrity, with them it is undermined
