Ferk that ill keep mine off.

For the record Im aware we need to get past Rovers, just planning on the chance, many of the best digs have already gone.

Only 26 days between semi n final!;)
Will you just say they are off sick or just say they are the match? Asking for a friend.

Also kick off is 2.30pm

Did anyone use the east coast trains after the league cup final? Were they well organised or just carnage? I would normally stay over, but the kids want to go and they have school the next day. I do not, however, want them to be packaged onto a train for 3hrs with no access to a toilet!

This cup for division 3,4 and under 21 teams makes our intertoto win look like the champions league.

Where does the open top bus start and finish?..i'm sure people will line the streets

Hopefully it's as early as possible, it was a nightmare getting home on the coach in 2014.......rather get home at a decent time.

I'm sure I heard on one of the podcasts that there's little to no corporate allocation for this, unlike the League Cup Final/FA Cup Final. Is this true?

The Intertoto being the fourth ranked European competition of its time? The EFL Trophy being the third ranked domestic cup competition? Probably on par to be fair.

Remind me how many Newcastle we’re at the final?

I've took the tough decision and won't be taking my son if we get there. I wanted too, but just isn't practical at his age still. Too much travel and getting through London etc, think it would be a bit of a nightmare other than the game itself with him.

So in your opinion what should we as fans do about it? Enjoy the possibility of going and have good time or not bother?

Went the other way and have decided to take mine if we get there. Just won’t be staying central London. Will drive down to north of London and get the tube/overground into central London on the Saturday. Leave the car at the hotel, get the tube down to Wembley and even with penalties will be able to get back to the car and home by about half 10/11 on the night. Means not drinking like but not that arsed.

We go to home games with me mate and his 2 sons. The kids go to school together, play for same footy team etc and good mates. They've got family down there and staying there if we get to final. Thats fair doo's, but then would make it less enjotable for my son. Only 7 and long time for him to be away, travelling etc. If there was a group of us and few kids who were all mates anyway, that would be totally different. Initially I thought about driving and staying Watford area, but still a 4 hour drive at least and he twists about a 1h20 drive to Leeds to see his auntie.

Fair enough I’ll be taking both of my kids, so they’ll have each other to annoy.

I get where you're coming from but you could break the journey up and stop at the same services as most of the coaches stop at so he can enjoy that 'atmosphere, then try and make the car journey a bit more fun by giving him 20p everytime he sees another SAFC car/coach.

Getting the tube back KX is the worst bit. Wembley park is a nightmare at full time. I'll have my two with me and it'll be down and back on a family friendly coach. I'm not messing with the trains.
