Can't remember exactly TBH.
Main bedroom got done a few years back with the old doors taken off with the fitted carcasses left in place - then tracks installed, 4 doors sliding doors replaced, and also 2 bedside cabinets along with a 5 drawer tallboy.
Bedroom 2 got done a year or so later, but was slightly smaller, but got a 4 drawer tallboy, and 2 bedside cabinets, again all old doors removed, with tracks fitted, end panel and 3 doors installed.
I seem to remember main bedroom was over a grand, and #2 was about £800.
Nice quality stuff.

All depends on height of doors as to cost from my experience. Looked in to this a while ago and really cheap to get 220cm height sliding doors - if it varies off that height it starts being a bit custom and expensive.
