For the remaining games and the T20 I'd like to see:-

Kieswetter Out, Prior In - Why count Prior as an aggressive batsman in Test match and drop him for a game that he would excel in? Kiewswetter too inconsistent for me.

Bopara Out, Bell In - Bopara has been given chance after chance after chance and is simply not good enough. Bell is proven at ODI, Test and T20 and is one of our better batsmen, needs to be in there.

Patel Out, Wright In - Patel was told to improve his fitness years ago and hasn't. And like Bopara, he has been given too many chances. Wright is a player who has never let us down and is a great bowler at the death.

I also think that players like Scott Borthwick, Danny Briggs, Joe Root etc. deserve at least a call-up in the remaining games to see what they can do. I'd also be tempted to put in Lumb for Buttler who doesn't seem to do much. Lumb was one of our best players in the last T20WC as well.

Obviously just my opinion like, thoughts?

Agree with all that bar Borthwick. Not good enough yet.

Swann still does a good job with Briggs just behind. Patel is always a certain pick because he does both jobs "well".

Borthwick has had an excellent 2nd half of the season with Durham, but he isn't ready yet for England. Leave him to keep developing with Durham

Had the chance didn't he against West Indies at home?

He got smashed around India but he isn't the first and wont be the last.

Does Borthwick not deserve a chance at the very least?

He had a chance not so long ago.

He'll get another chance in the future but not at the moment.

I rate him and defended him on the "Borthwick" thread over the last few weeks.

If Borthwick is to play I hope its in 50 overs, he doesn't have the batting strike rate for T20

My T20 lineup would be along these lines:

Hales
Wright
Bell
Morgan
Prior
Bairstow
Broad
Swann
Briggs
Dernbach
Finn
