We've had thunderstorms the last few days which have flooded the city, and its forecast rain and max temperatures in the teens all this week.

It's going to be green, the biggest concern is getting enough time to complete the match.
 
It will be Jimmy for Robinson as the only change.

I'd have liked for Tongue to come in. As he should have played instead of Robinson in the one just gone.

Foakes won't be added to squad. So not much point talking about him.

Anderson probably for Robinson…..and that will likely be all.

Ali to bat at 3. Bairstow to keep wicket.

Foakes SHOULD be added to the squad, if only to give Jonny a kick up the arse, but won’t be.
Tongue can think himself unlucky not to get a place in the 11, but will get the nod should Broad or Wood be unfit/tired.

To expect anything different would be setting yourself up for early disappointment.

I think you need to look up the definition of a half tracker. They absolutely did not get out to that.
 
I’d like to see Tongue come in on what is traditionally the fastest wicket in the country and Woakes to keep his place. He’s invaluable in English conditions and should of been playing at Lords as well.

Tongue -> Robbo

We need to move on from Jimmy imo, as much as I like him. Tongue stepped up to the plate and deserves game time.

Correct, though I’d pick Jimmy ahead of Tongue assuming he’s fit.

I’d also personally drop Bairstow for Foakes, but they will back him.
