Champions again

Matter of time before Durham step in

And I’m not letting you go with that comment re tests.:lol::lol:

Sri Lanka would tan your backsides , though you may get a draw with Zimbabwe if it rains

Chomp
Honestly, we may as well apply to start playing Test cricket, the Championship is piss easy. πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†πŸ†

Should be interesting next year with Somerset. Young Archie looks a real talent who will only get better, and they have a lot of batting quality that goes all the way down the order
The rate that he's progressing he'll be on an ECB central contract before long.
Hopefully more to come from Durham too. I like our batting options. I’m hopeful of us signing a class overseas bowler who can stay fit.
Buying in talent, which Durham are doing at present, will not provide long term progression although it does at Surrey who will continue to be wealthy and also have the ready made feed from Independent schools.

Surrey have been outstanding for several years now despite been depleted with call ups many times.

They should be simply congratulated and praised for continued excellence.

Anything else is simply churlish
Many who have watched them over the years would be of the opinion that they steps over the boundary of competitiveness into intimidation. That rightly should be criticised. It's not churlish therefore to temper the praise.
How a team behaves in victory is important.
