It’s a standard response to onlookers who ask the question “is anything going on?” when in the background there are half a dozen police cars, a couple of vans, an ARV or two, couple of police dogs and a helicopter hovering 500 foot overhead.
 


I’ll give you some inside information from the emergency services

If there’s an ambulance, someone is probably hurt or needs some sort of medical care

If there’s a fire engine, a fire needs putting out or someone needs rescuing

If there’s a police car, someone probably has done something wrong
