Celta Vigo

I disagree with this like

There'll be 10,000 saying they are willing to go, but come to the crunch, childcare and costs and time off work will be a massive issue

For a start , none of the away games will be in school holiday, so there's 95% of under16s ruled out.. plus loads of thier parents who won't go without them

If flights are only one wednesday, that's 3 days off work minimum..

I think people are wildly overestimating how many will travel without a ticket
Totally agree. Talk of 25k going to Milan seems fanciful. We can’t even get that for home cup games

My son went to a Real Betis game last season. He said the atmosphere was something elsewhere won't be able to get tkts but hopefully will go too at least one game.

Can’t see my 18 points being enough for any tickets but certainly going to get to as many as possible regardless. Wonder what tickets in home ends be like

Depending on the location of the games, there will be thousands that will want to travel and will do so, irrespective of having a ticket or not.

I know people who don't bother with home cup games and havent travelled to away games for years now. They'd be across to Milan in a shot if we were there.

I was looking at the clubs in the draw and who could drop down from the CL preliminary rounds. Could be possible to get Shamrock Rovers or Derry City or even Rangers or Hearts. Then you'll have clubs like Ferenvcaros and Hajduk Split that we'd bring 2k easily. But we'd probably won't get many wanting to travel to Azerbaijan or Moldova on a Thursday night in November.

Would love a rainy night in Georgia.

A lot of my mates have said similar but I’m just not convinced. It’s an easy thing to say the day after one of the best days / results in our history, on a roasting bank holiday weekend.

Committing to it in a few months time might be a different situation
