 Think it’s a lad I know, if it is he’s gonna love what happened.
The powers that be should be watching that and be thinking thank fuck, there's still passion and pride in football. They won't though, an investigation will no doubt loom and we'll be charged with failing to control our players and fans. f***ing class that mind. It's what it's all about.

Fuck em. We’ll have a whip round for the fine. I’ve waited what seems like an age to see that from a Sunderland team. I’d almost given up on seeing anything like it again in my lifetime.

Class to see. Even better is seeing the bitterness of other clubs fans, I suppose they’d celebrate with a polite applause and doff their hats. I see some proper tame celebrations from other away fans not just up here but on tele, and I’m always thankful we aren’t like that. Less raw passion is exactly one of the things that’s worse about today’s game compared to the past.

Agreed, great passion from the lad. Hated them to be fair, their players were arseholes and so were their fans, was mint getting a late equaliser and him and o'nien just made it even sweeter, gerrin! Can't wait to smack these daft shit bastards out of the FA cup anarl
Would have been so much better if Honeyman had done his celebration in the referees face:D

It just shows how much the connection with the players & supporters is now. There’s no comparison between this group of players and the charlatans we have had in past years.
