This. That’s one of the problems with dropping Jones and elevating Borthwick. I think the RH/LH works better and brings about easier runs with bowlers struggling to adapt to the changes mid over when singles are taken.

One of the deficiencies at Durham is lack of a batting coach.We had Hilditch but he seems to have disappeared from the radar completely. I'm sure Divo would look at videos of Badger and recognise and resolve his faults if asked.

50 a great help but you as one of the few people on here who can say they have raised their bat on getting 3 figures will know physiologically it would be massive boost to him especially as captain.
