Both batsmen have survived good lbw appeals already this morning from Potts. They were more out than 2/3 of the ones that were given yesterday. Bad start.

Melinda Farell is good. Wonder why she's stationed over here for the summer in particular. I guess good to see a international journalist not just glued to the IPL

I'm she was the voice on the ground for BT Sport in the last Ashes down there.

On a Durham note been out all morning and off out for day. Hopefully we can get Libby and be batting after lunch.

Did think it was a strange decision for them to drop Kashif Ali. You'd have thought extra batsman on out ground needed.
