CC : Worcestershire v Durham

They have left Parkinson bowl 12 overs on the bounce why!

This has been awful since we took the 6th wicket game has just been allowed to drift and drift poor captaincy

It's the new way of doing things. England showed us in India and the posts are very similar to the ones made about England's spinners on tour..... We're going to need him over the course of the season so bowling shiw him you have faith in him now.

Not so much. The pitch has changed, it's not so much a minefield for batsmen these days, hence, and for other reasons the need for a good spinner.
Of course i understand that, that is my exact point, how much is changed

Sorry he’s just not good enough he’s taken wickets at 40 in division 2. He bowls with no flight or variation of pace same undercut onto leg stump

He's going to play pretty much every game in the CC this season, that's just the way it is. We'll get to see him develop, or not.

I won't judge him too severely so early in the season (although spinners made a hell of a difference from day one last year) but i do worry we've got 'the lesser brother'

He was getting picked for england lions though so hopefully he's something about him

The much maligned Parkinson with the 8th wicket.

That’s Borthwick and Parkinson so far who’ve been completely written off during this game. Ha’way lads, bit of patience, eh?
