Bedingham class at one end, Stokes flicking sixes at the other, over 200 in session and nearly saw history. It doesnt get any better.
Leaving Worcester now to get back home for the match.
Two more sixes and he creates a new world record for sixes in a First Class innings.
Haven't been able to watch and just seen the scores!Stokes needs 1 maximum to equal symonds county record and 2 to break it....
Wait a world record?? I thought it was just a cc record

I think looking at it, you were right to question it. Just this country it must be, the world record appears to be 23 (Colin Munro for Auckland v Central Districts in 2014/15).
End of next year iirc.
It’s been like watching a Dad smash his kids bowling all over the garden

Distance and time (multiplied by speed, etc)*
I think we should push on to 650, which should be reached before Tea even if we lose wickets. That would mean they’d have to score 500 just to avoid the follow on and would give us 7 sessions to take 20 wickets.
Obviously if Stokes keeps going berserk we could even get up to 700 before Tea and/or have more overs at them today.
*bit of early 2000’s GCSE maths there![]()
